Send the drawings, finishes schedule and program. We'll review the scope, flag substrate or sequencing risks early, and return a priced package with the inclusions clearly set out.
We prefer to be involved early enough to influence substrate preparation, falls and waterproofing detailing — that's usually where cost and program risk sits on tiled wet areas, balconies and podium decks.
For projects with communal pools, spas and water features, the same team handles the specialist tiling rather than subletting it, which keeps detailing and finish consistent across the development.
