For builders
Tendering a tiling and waterproofing package?
Send the drawings, finishes schedule and program. Tile Crew will review the scope, flag substrate or sequencing risks early, and return a priced package with the inclusions clearly set out.
We prefer to be involved early enough to influence substrate preparation, falls and waterproofing detailing — that's usually where cost and program risk sits on tiled wet areas, balconies and podium decks.
For projects with communal pools, spas and water features, specialist pool and spa tiling can be coordinated with VN Tiling where appropriate, keeping responsibility and scope clearly identified between the licensed contractors.
